“Through the Artist’s Eye: 250 Years of America on the Eastern Shore of Virginia,” Student Art Challenge Awards presentation will be open to the public on Wednesday May 20th at 5:30 PM. This awards reception and exhibition celebrates the remarkable creativity of local students in grades 6–12 along with teachers, parents and friends. We invite the public to attend in support of these young artists.

The show will be on display in Ker Place until June 11, when it will then be moved outdoors on Saturday June 13 from 11AM-3PM for the Revolutionary Art Show on the Lawn at Ker Place as part of the Onancock Sails Forward Weekend of events. there will be art submitted and for sale on June 13 from many local artists. The public will have the opportunity to vote for ‘Best in Show’ and ‘Favorite Artist’ on that day.
