Shore History is please to present the Onancock Premier of the new film called The American Constitution. This movie brings an engaging national story to the Eastern Shore to create a space for local conversation about the Constitution and its history.
The film dramatizes the Constitutional Convention using the Founders own recorded words rather than invented dialogue. Viewers will encounter the disagreements, compromises, and personalities behind a document that still shapes American civic life.
The two-screening schedule makes the program accessible to school groups, families, and the community.
Free admission for students age 18 and under supports Shore History's educational mission; Adult tickets are $10, proceeds benefit Shore History.
Dennis Custis will add an Eastern Shore historical perspective following the live discussion after the 7:00 p.m. screening.
There will be 2 screenings, both on Thursday October 22 at the Roseland Theater in Onancock, Screenings at 10AM and 7 PM. Students 18 and under are Free, Adults are $10.
