On Saturday, August 15, we invite you to join us for Crab Crackin' 2026 on the beautiful grounds of historic Ker Place. Now in its eighth year, this beloved summer tradition features steamed blue crabs, oysters, clams, barbecue, sweet corn, cold beverages, live music by Paul Pesco & Friends, a fabulous silent auction, and the live auction of a handcrafted Bevins Skiff built by members of Shore History's Boat Building Workshop.

Proceeds from Crab Crackin' support Shore History's year-round mission of preserving, protecting, and sharing the history of Virginia's Eastern Shore.
